I love, love, love the ever so charming and romantic Eiffel Tower Restaurant. If you have a few nights in Las Vegas, you simply must set aside a night to dine here. Don’t plan a show for this night, as you will no doubt want to have plenty of leisure time to take in everything you will enjoy here. This stellar restaurant will without a doubt become a treasured memory and experience for any occasion. With its highly praised cuisine and its panoramic views 110 feet above the strip, it provides the perfect ambiance for any occasion including romance, family, business, celebrations, or just getting together with friends. The impressive establishment is one of the city’s sparkling diamonds… The dazzling, flickering lights of the famous strip seem to twinkle even brighter from this romantic and dramatic dining room with its dimly lit and intimate setting.
From every seat including the cozy booths, guests can enjoy the spectacular views of the Bellagio’s extraordinary water fountain show.
The metal framework of the tower spectacularly breaks right through the restaurants walls and creates a modernized art deco style.
Among other things at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant you will experience intimacy and privacy. I marveled at the impeccable, cheerful service with the towers very own dazzling special touch. I felt pampered, indulged and wanted for nothing…Â I felt quite regal dining amid the modern plush decor with its red carpet, comfortable red velvet chairs and cherry mahogany wood ceilings.
The chef’s original, creative and delectable cuisine seems to dance within the finest caliber of gourmet dining. Every bite of every course I took provided a burst of flavors, textures, and imagination.
Before you order, I suggest that you have the sommelier assist you in pairing your wine with your food selections. Sommelier Joseph Quinn did an amazing job for me with a wine from Washington that was sensational. In addition, do stop at the very chic and inviting bar to enjoy one of the ETR’s famous specialty cocktails.
You can order from the menu or select CHEF JOHO’S TASTING MENU. Either way, you can’t go wrong.  Everything on the menu is spectacular, unique and sinfully delicious. No matter what you love to eat, you will find it prepared better than you have ever enjoyed it before at the Tower. Allow me to recommend a few dishes for you.
Even for the most educated food critics, do try a spectacular caviar treat:
Selections include the Trilogy of Imported Osetra Caviar, the Golden, Russian, Siberian,
the Golden Osetra Caviar, Trio of American Caviar,
or the Golden Whitefish, American Sturgeon, Salmon Roe
Caviar…All selections served with Crème Fraîche, Chives, Blinis and Toast
Any of these are a dream come true. Don’t forget the Champaign.

IÂ also recommend the:Â Grand Seafood Platter, Lobster, Shrimp, Crab, Oysters and Clams … Service for two… fresh cold and Yum!
Some other amazing appetizer suggestions would be the Maine Lobster Salad, the Cold Smoked Salmon, Classic with Condiments, Cold Foie Gras Torchon, Duck Prosciutto, Fig Compote ,Slow braised pork belly, Le Foie Gras Cuit au Torchon, Jambon de Canard, Compote de Figues, the Roasted Foie Gras, Le Foie Gras Pôelé or the  Fricassé d’Escargots…
For fish I suggest: The Slow Roasted Filet of Pacific Salmon, the Red Snapper or the Whole Boneless Dover Sole… All are totally delectable and cooked to perfection…
I recommend with all my heart the Muscovy Duck Breast and the out of this world
Roasted Rack of Lamb, Tomato Tart and Tarragon. A huge wow!!
For meat lovers I can’t rave enough about the
Braised Short Ribs, Buttered Egg Noodles, Roasted Vegetables, the
Aged New York Steak, Bone Marrow, Cabernet Reduction, or any one of the Filet Mignon selections and the Eiffel Tower Beef Wellington! Don’t forget about the more then fabulous Prime Beef Tenderloin & Lobster Surf ‘n Turf. I will dream about this dish alone.    Â
For those of you who don’t eat meat, you have no idea what you are missing at the ETR. Have no fear, for there are many mouth-watering vegetarian selections. Still… you don’t know what you are missing.
There is also, a huge variety of succulent potatoes and vegetables sides to feast…
As far a dessert goes:Â The Eiffel Tower is a ‘grown-ups dessert fantasy Island’. Seriously, you are on your own. Every dessert is a home run that the Eiffel Tower Chefs hit out of the park!!!
The Eiffel Tower restaurant is without a doubt among the finest Las Vegas has to offer. That is saying quite a lot in-and-of-itself! Dining at this brilliant restaurant will never be forgotten and no doubt, you will dream of returning to one day.
From its charm, elegance and class, to the friendly sophisticated service (thank you to my server Gary!) you will be enthralled. The charismatic and handsome manager Ehsan Mackani and supervisor Lyle Tolhurst were both restaurant ‘poetry in motion’. Major kudos for how effortlessly the restaurant is run. From its tremendous views and ambiance to its consistent and sinfully delicious unbelievable menu, you will be captivated. The tower restaurant had me at hello and I rate it an A+! I am so proud of this superb restaurant that I proudly brag about it openly and often!
All I can say is bravo, all the way, to everyone involved in the Eiffel Tower Restaurant!
