The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a AAA Five Diamond desert oasis in Arizona. It has become part of the precious environment that surrounds it. The natural sun washed stone and vibrant green woods meet the blue sky and its glorious purple mountains. This is an exceptionally beautiful resort.
I was greeted by name as soon as I drove up to the Fairmont’s entrance. The entire staff was warm, thoughtful, helpful and wanted to please me in every possible way… The hotel as well as the grounds, the spa, the pool areas and the golf courses were all nothing short of spectacular. This resort is not only gorgeous but a real hotel find. The Unparalleled Hospitality of the entire staff at the resort was stellar and reason enough to want to return.
The hotel offers 649 lovely appointed guest rooms, including two Presidential Suites, 69 Fairmont Gold Rooms including the 3,700 square-foot private residence, Casa Dorada, and 119 Casitas. All of the rooms throughout the resort are luxurious, inviting, deluxe and have comfortable living and work areas, terraces, wet bars, refreshment centers and oversized luxury bathrooms. The authentic local decor offers a lovely blend of style and comfort, featuring the gentle undertones, earthy accents and designs of the Southwest region.
Casita Suite
This suite is nestled into an intimate cozy setting. The Casita Suites display a rich, elegant ambiance that sets off its vibrant shades of gold, sage, blue and maroon which is reminiscent of an exquisite Spanish Colonial estate.

Center Master Suite
The large Center Master Suites are stunning and decorated with contemporary feel and conveniently located on the third or fourth floor of the main building of the resort, overlooking the South Pool.
Presidential Suite
The magnificently opulent Presidential Suite features contemporary décor, dark hard wood flooring, modern furnishings with earthy accents, and a variety of high end amenities. The Master bedroom boasts a beautiful dark wood four-poster bed, plush bedding, dressing area with full-length mirror and additional seating.The Master bathroom is elegant and offers an oversized, granite, tub complete with Jett system, and separate water closet with a bidet.
I soon discovered the modern day world of treasures and pleasures the resort offers. With the high-tech amenities and conference center facilities it is easy to see how accommodating this would be for any business agenda. A wide variety of amenities are offered as well for the vacationing guests which include two TPC golf courses and five swimming pools.
There are also, seven tennis courts and a premier world class luxurious spa, Willow Stream – The Spa at Fairmont is ranked one of the best Spas in North America. I was highly pampered beyond believe at this spa. They offer many fantastic and unique treatments and an amazing work out area as well. The surrounding spa grounds are breathtaking. The spa retreat will always be a happy place memory for me.
Willow Stream is Fairmont’s signature spa brand . The goal is to create beautiful spas around the world to inspire us to live with abundant energy, tanquility and peace. It was explained to me that every Willow Stream spa has been designed to draw on the energy and essence of each destination, from the light and colors of the sea in Monaco to the Mayan secrets of at Mayakoba.
I left serene, energized, relaxed and pampered. Healing mineral pools, relaxing lounges, high tech work out rooms, soothing outdoor gardens and specialty treatments made this spa experience a great escape from reality.
This highly acclaimed Scottsdale resort is truly an experience like no other. I enjoyed sophisticated warmth, beauty and amazing service at my every turn.
