A New Chapter for Savannahโs Favorite Dog Brand
The charming cobblestones of Savannahโs Columbia Square have a new kind of bark and buzz. Oliver Bentleyโs, long known for its hand-baked Ollie B. Biscuitsโข, has expanded into an inviting new dog deli and human hangout, creating a space where pups and their people can relax, snack, and soak up Savannahโs famously dog-friendly atmosphere.
The boutique-style deli blends the warmth of a neighborhood coffee nook with the spirit of a canine clubhouse. Visitors can sip locally roasted coffee, browse a curated selection of dog treats, and chat with other pet lovers while their pups enjoy samples of the famous Honey-Ginger Ollie B. Biscuitsโข, baked fresh from human-grade ingredients.

Pure Ingredients, Pure Joy
Since its beginning, Oliver Bentleyโs mission has been simple yet heartfelt: โTo make more dog tails wag more oftenโข.โ Every treat is gluten-free, made with no wheat, corn, soy, or preservatives, and developed from recipes tested by Savannahโs most discerning canine connoisseurs โ from shelter pups to Bernese Mountain Dogs.
Even the design of each biscuit serves a purpose: the shape and texture promote dental hygiene, and the elegant packaging makes the treats something youโll want to keep proudly on your kitchen counter โ right next to your own cookies.

Meeting OB2: The Dog Behind the Brand
During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Oliver Bentley himself โ or rather, Oliver Bentley II, affectionately known around town as OB2. Friendly, poised, and clearly used to the spotlight, OB2 is the brandโs four-legged namesake and mascot.
At the register, guests can even purchase a sticker featuring OB2โs nickname, a fun little memento perfect for your laptop, water bottle, or travel gear. Itโs the kind of charming detail that perfectly sums up the Oliver Bentleyโs experience โ equal parts style, story, and wagging tails.

A Hang out for Humans Too
This isnโt just a spot for the pups. The new Pet Parent Lounge and patio area invite both dogs and humans to unwind together. The deli’s cozy atmosphere makes it easy to chat with fellow dog lovers while your pup relaxes at your side or taste-tests a few Ollie B. samples.
And while Oliver Bentleyโs focuses on treats for dogs and relaxation for their humans, the spirit of Savannahโs pet-friendly community extends beyond its doors. During events like Wag-O-Ween 2025, visitors can even find nearby booths offering playful touches such as IV-style sangria slushes and complimentary wine for humans, adding to the festive energy around town.

Beyond the Deli: Explore with Your Pup
For visitors wanting more adventure, Oliver Bentleyโs offers the Historic Dog Walking Tour โ a guided, pet-friendly stroll through Savannahโs Historic District. The tour blends the cityโs beauty and history with its strong dog-friendly culture, ending with a complimentary tin of Ollie B. Biscuitsโข.
To make exploration even easier, the shop provides a map of participating stores and restaurants offering discounts and free treats for dogs in costume or on leash. Itโs an engaging way to experience the Hostess City with your four-legged friend.
